Reno Mattress
Reno mattress is a hexagonal net woven by high-quality low-carbon steel wire or PVC machine with plastic coated surface. It is mainly used for slope protection, river bed bottom anti scour and so on.
Introduction to Nuo pad
Reno mattress is also known as gabion mattress, gabion mattress, which is a kind of cushion engineering component composed of machine-made double twisted hexagonal metal mesh with a thickness far less than the length and width. The Renault pad is filled with block stone and other fillers, and then connected into a whole. It has become a scour proof structure mainly used for water conservancy embankment, bank slope, Heyman, etc. it has the advantages of flexibility and adaptability to the foundation.
Renault pad is a net box structure with thickness of 0.17-0.3m, which is used to fill stones on site. It is mainly used as slope protection structure of river channel, bank slope and subgrade slope. It can not only prevent the river bank from being damaged by water flow and wind waves, but also realize the natural convection and exchange function between the water body and the soil under the slope, so as to achieve the ecological balance. Planting green on the slope can increase the landscape and greening effect.
The difference between Reno mattress and Gabion cage and Gabion cage is that the height of mattress is low, the structure is flat and large; the diameter of coated steel wire is smaller than gabion, generally there are two types of double diaphragm (steel wire diameter 2.0mm) and single diaphragm (2.2mm). It is commonly used as double partition Renault pad, which has the advantages of convenient construction, effective slope protection to prevent rock collapse and increase the anti scour energy of the structure

Renault pad material
(1) Galvanized steel wire: high quality low-carbon steel wire, the diameter of which is 2.0mm-4.0mm, the tensile strength of which is not less than 380MPa, the steel wire surface is protected by hot galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to the customer's requirements, and the amount of galvanizing can reach 300g / m2. (2) Zinc-5% aluminum mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also known as Galfan) steel wire, which is a new emerging international material in recent years, with corrosion resistance more than three times that of traditional pure zinc plating, diameter of steel wire up to 1.0mm-3.0mm, and tensile strength of steel wire not less than 1380mpa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire includes: high-quality low-carbon steel wire, wrapped with a PVC protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal mesh. This layer of PVC protection layer will greatly increase the protection in high pollution environment, and through the selection of different colors, it can integrate with the surrounding environment.

Construction steps of Reno cushion:
Material transportation: Renault pad is manufactured mechanically, assembled, molded and packed with net cover. All Renault pads, whether folded or rolled, are an independent body. The main part of the net pad and the net cover can be bound separately. The binding wire is provided in the form of a roll. The ring buttons are packed in boxes and transported away together. In order to ensure the quality, please put them in a dry environment.
Installation requirements: place the folded gabion pad on the flat ground, flatten the redundant creases, and erect the front and rear panels, baseplates and partitions to a certain position, in the shape of box. The upper and lower four corners of the adjacent cage are connected by double stranded composite wires, and the upper and lower frame wires or broken wires are bound and tightened with spiral fixed wires. The protruding part of the edge shall be folded and flattened. Assemble six sides and partition of each net box completely, ensure that each net surface is flat, and then put them on the right position.
Fastening process: connect the edge of Renault pad with other parts with binding wire. The binding distance is 300 mm. There are special specifications. Customers can put forward to the manufacturer, and we will meet your requirements. Wrap the binding wire long enough along the side wire, single strand or double strand can be selected. We recommend using pliers to make the Renault pad stronger.
Installation and materials: after each pad is installed, place the Renault pad in the designated position, and then connect each mesh pad. In order to keep the overall structure easy to connect, the stone can be loaded after the empty box is connected. When connecting, we provide binding wire or ring fastening wire. When slope protection, Reno pad with vertical width shall be used. In addition to being used for gentle slopes of rivers and canals, Renault pads can also be used for steep slopes. When used for steep slope protection, hardwood wedges shall be wedged every 2m on the upper floor or as required by the project. The empty Renault pad needs to be placed and assembled carefully.
